About Phoneando.com
We are a team of motorcyclists and gear testers obsessed with one specific problem: keeping your phone locked to your bike at highway speed without destroying your camera — or your phone.
Why We Built This Site
Every mount review we found online was either written by someone who had never ridden a motorcycle, or by a brand trying to sell you their own product. We started Phoneando.com because we needed a resource that actually answered the question every rider asks: which mount will stay locked at 75 mph on a Harley V-twin without shaking my phone loose or vibrating my camera to death?
We’ve tested mounts on Harley-Davidson touring bikes, Sportsters, naked bikes, adventure bikes, and sport bikes — across city riding, highway touring, and off-road use. Every recommendation on this site is based on real mileage, not spec sheets.
Our Testing Methodology
Why Trust Our Recommendations
- ✅We buy our own test units. We don’t accept free products from manufacturers. Every mount we review was purchased at retail price — which means we have no incentive to inflate ratings.
- ✅We ride what we recommend. Every top pick on this site has been used on a real bike, in real riding conditions, for a minimum of 500 miles before being recommended.
- ✅We update our guides regularly. Motorcycle mount technology changes. We re-test top picks annually and update our recommendations when better options become available.
- ✅Affiliate links are clearly disclosed. We earn a commission when you buy through our links — at no extra cost to you. See our full Affiliate Disclosure.
- ✅Our editorial recommendations are independent. Affiliate relationships never influence which products we recommend. A product either passes our test standards or it doesn’t.
Bikes We’ve Tested On
Harley-Davidson Road Glide, Street Glide, Road King, Electra Glide, Sportster 883/1200, Iron 883, Fat Boy, Softail — plus Honda CB500F, Kawasaki Z650, BMW R1250GS, Ducati Monster, and Yamaha MT-07. If you ride a bike not on this list, our universal compatibility guides will still help you find the right mount.
